Make Your Voice Heard, Stop Gov’t Takeover of Health Care

They should be focusing on coming together to find real solutions to create jobs and improve our nation’s economy. Instead, Nancy Pelosi and liberal Democrats in Congress are gearing up to force through their jobs-killing, government-run health care plan by manipulating the legislative process and making backroom deals with members of their own Party.
I will continue to work hard in Congress to stop this bill from passing and work towards real reforms. But I need you to take action today to put a stop to this bill once and for all.

Dear Senator Wilson,
I live at Seabrook Island in our beautiful state. I am writing to tell you how disappointed I am that you did not support the health care bill that was passed last night. I have to tell you that you have lost my vote for the next election. I’m only one small voice but I want you to know that I am not alone in my community and many small voices can blend for a mighty song.
The only way you and the other opponents of this bill can redeem yourselves to the voters is to stop now and ask “How can we help and make this bill even better?”
