Joe appeared on the FOX Business Channel’s Happy Hour show to talk about his bi-partisan effort to allow US citizens living outside the US to have easier access to have bank accounts in the US.

Joe is calling for a hearing on the issue to allow up to 6.2 million US citizens living abroad to be able to maintain an account in the United States.
