Yesterday, a federal judge in Florida declared that President Obama’s job-killing government take over of healthcare is unconstitutional. Ruling in favor of the 26 states that challenged the law, US District Court Judge Roger Vinson sent the administration a message that it has overstepped its bounds. More legal challenges are on the way.

Two years ago, I stood up and spoke out against the government takeover of healthcare. Two weeks ago, I voted to repeal it in the House.

But this fight is not over. This week the Senate will be voting on the repeal of Obamacare.

We are gaining momentum, but we still have a long way to go. We can’t stop now and I need your support to keep fighting.

I will continue to oppose big government mandates and giving Washington control over your health care.

While the battle will continue in the courts, I will continue to fight in Congress for real health care reforms, not bigger government. I want decisions about your health care to be made between you and your doctor, not some bureaucrat far away in Washington.

Together we will repeal this law.
